Tomàs Casanovas is an international Project Finance expert with more than 39 years of experience in the banking industry. He built his expertise working in top financial entities, notably at leading Spanish bank La Caixa, now Caixabank, where amongst other responsibilities, he served as Risk Director.
In addition to presiding the Enerside Board of Administration, he is also a professor in the Master in Accounting and Financial Management of the UPF (Universitat Pompeu Fabra) in Barcelona, and regularly leads Project Finance seminars internationally.
Tomàs holds a BSc in Economy, and a MBA from Strathclyde.

Pedro Nueno has an extraordinary track record both professionally and academically. He has been a consultant with the World Bank, the OECD, Ford, and Morgan Stanley among many more, and is advisor to various company boards in addition to his role of Vice President of the Enerside board.

Founder and CEO of Enerside, Joatham Grange has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, in particular in large-scale projects, with expertise in Management and Sales.
Prior to moving into the solar photovoltaic energy industry, he also worked in Corporate Banking.
Joatham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a MBA from IESE.

Antoni Gasch is an industrial engineer with more than 11 years of experience and a multidisciplinary expertise in renewable energy generation and energy efficiency.
His responsibilities cover the whole value chain: economic viability studies, conceptual design, construction, supplier relationship management and project management.
Antoni holds a MSc in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).
Although he started his career in International Fiscal Law, Álvaro Escrivá followed his passion for developing talent and mentoring and currently works in the higher education industry at IESE Business School as Associate Director of the Executive MBA program.
A trained coach and a member of the IESE Business Angels and Family Offices Network, he regularly collaborates with various entrepreneurial projects as a consultant or board member.
Álvaro holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Complutense University of Madrid and University of Bologna, as well as an MBA from IESE Business School.
Joel Barros is Business Development Manager for Brazil of Enerside and has significant international experience, with more than 15 years working in South America and the Iberic Peninsula.
Formerly with international companies like Scheuten Solar and J.V.G Thoma Gmbh, he enjoys more than 10 years of experience in the industry in International Sales, Strategic Management and Business Development.
Joel is a trained and certified solar and wind project installer and project manager with CENSOLAR-Sevilla and the prestigious Research Center CIEMAT (Madrid), with a degree in Business Administration from UPE (Brazil).

Engineering Manager Belén Ariño has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, which cover the development of international grid and off-grid projects, from their conception to their delivery and operation, and worked with public institutions, industrial clients, and utilities.
She’s also been involved in the development of supervision and O&M protocols.
Belén holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), and a MSc in Energy Efficiency Management from University of Barcelona (IL3-UB).

Miguel Moreno is an industrial engineer specialized in renewable energy generation.
As Head Project Manager, he brings to Enerside more than 10 years of experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency & optimization. Well versed in the development of energy optimization systems and of cogeneration plants, he oversees project management and execution.
Miguel holds a MSc in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, and a PhD in Thermal Engineering from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).

Bárbara Merayo is a Senior Civil Engineer with more than 7 years of experience as a Project Manager for Engineering, Civil Work, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy projects.
She also brings international expertise in Solar Photovoltaic, Thermosolar and Hydroelectric plants, in the context of auction processes, construction engineering and detailed engineering.
Bárbara holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from UAX Madrid (Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio) and a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile).

Oscar Catalán has over 10 years of experience in energy distribution networks, and in the construction and operation of utility-scale and commercial solar photovoltaic generation plants.
In Enerside, Oscar brings his experience to manage and oversee the company’s photovoltaic solar parks in Chile.
Oscar holds a MsC in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Santiago, Chile.
María Camino has more than 12 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic industry across all project phases in various countries of Latin America, Europe, in the US and India. She’s a multifaceted professional whose experience ranges from product quality control (modules and components), installation quality processes, asset management and O&M, arbitration and technical auditing in engineering design, commissioning and operation of large photovoltaic plants.
María brings her extensive industry experience to lead Enerside’s engineering and quality activities in the development and EPC phases.
María holds a MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a PhD in Solar Photovoltaic Energy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Jordi Pujol is an administrative and commercial lawyer specialized in the energy sector, focusing on legal counsel on renewable energies, self-consumption and energy efficiency. He’s also worked on M&A operations, contract negotiations and conflict mediation.
In addition to Law, Jordi is also trained in Corporate Management, Commercial Law and Business Valuation.
Jordi holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in International Law, as well as an Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Law from ESADE (Ramon Llull University).

Víctor Pujol is Business Development Manager and responsible for lead generation and project development for distributed generation in Spain.
As an engineer, he’s worked in the construction sector for 12 years and holds a vast experience working for construction companies as well as in support engineering on big international projects of infrastructure.
Before working in the renewable energy sector, Víctor had his own project in the pharmaceutical industry for 3 years.
Víctor holds an MsC in Civil Engineering from UPC and an Executive MBA from IESE.
Xavier Bautista is a Project Engineer at Enerside. He is part of the engineering department where he participates in the different phases of projects from basic engineering to detailed engineering in international projects of different types, such as utility-scale or distributed generation.
Xavier holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).
